Alcorcon 4-0 Real Madrid (Copa Del Rey)



The Copa del Rey is always unpredictable. Real Madrid found that out tonight by facing an inspired Alcorcon. Two goals by Borja, another by Ernesto and a final own goal from Arbeola gave the locals the victory. The Madridistas had chances to score, but bad luck and an excellent performance from keeper Juanma thwarted them.

Sporting Gijon 0 - Real Madrid 0 (La Liga)



The first half at El Molinon ended in a scoreless draw that reflected the intensity and rhythm put for by both Real Madrid and Sporting Gijon. The Whites took control of every aspect of the match in the second but were unable to find the back of the net. Despite the draw, Real sit atop the league table and may remain there depending on what takes place around La Liga on Sunday.

Real Madrid 2 - AC Milan 3 (Champions League)



AC Milan leave the Spanish capital with three points in tow after displaying tremendous efficiency on the pitch. The first half was all Real Madrid, who went into halftime with a one goal lead thanks to Raul. The second half saw both teams increase the tempo, and in a three minute span the visitors managed to turn around the score with goals by Pirlo and Pato. Drenthe pulled the Whites even, but Pato knocked in the winner near the end of regulation.

Real Madrid 4 - Real Valladolid 2 (La Liga)



Real Madrid’s Raul Gonzalez captained his team to Victory against Valladolid with a brace and the Whites won their sixth La Liga match of the season on Saturday. Up next for the Madridistas, a Champions League match against AC Milan.

The home side confirmed their title credentials with a victory in a tachnically excellent game. Jesus Navas slammed a headed opener for Sevila. After Casillas had made a quite incredible save, Pepe equalised for Galacticos 2.0, but Renato popped up with the winner minutes later.

Real Madrid 3 - Marseille 0 (Champions League)



After a goalless first half at the Bernabeu, Real Madrid took control of the game with OM on the hour mark. Cristiano Ronaldo broke the deadlock befitting from a mistake from French keeper Mandanda with a cheeky low finish, and Ronaldo was then brought down in the box by former Charlton man Souleymane Diawara, with Kaka scoring from the spot as Marseille were reduced to 10-men. Marseille were then opened up for the third time in five minutes as Cristiano Ronaldo tapped in the third.
